Sun City Grand is a development by Del E. Webb. We celebrated our Grand Opening in October, 1996 and completed our last home in December, 2005. Our 4,000 acres, including 400 acres of common area, provide a delightful environment for our 17,000 residents living in 9,550 homes. We are proud to say that Sun City Grand is a homeowner-owned, which means residents have a voice in what happens today, and into the future.
